We are a small family owned company. If Wilson is not on the road
he can usually be found talking on his cell phone with anglers helping
them with their Sonar/GPS unit. Wilson can usually be reached by
calling his cell phone. If you need to talk to Wilson send us an email and
I will see that he gets your phone number or message. Our packages
are shipped via Fed Ex. You should receive a tracking number via email when
you purchase from us. We do occasionaly have problems with FED EX.
If you do not receive a tracking number please email us immediatly.
Our distribution center can be reached, Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m - 4.p.m.
Monday thru Friday.

Charges appear on your credit card as: The Professor.
Shipping methods: We use FED EX as our shipping methods. Choose one and you will be given the option of various methods of shipping.
We try and package our products as well as possible, if you have a problem with items that have been damaged in shipping, let us know immediately.
Orders are shipped out during business days. We do not ship products over the weekend. If you purchase a product over the weekend, it will shipped out on Monday.
For persons not wishing to purchase our products using this site, please call us we'll be happy to place an order for you over the phone.

REFUND POLICIY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
